Sometimes, a part is just meant for an actor. And when you know that actor… and you knew about that part… and they come together… you experience the extremely rare phenomenon of HOLLYWOOD NIRVANA.
One instance of such Nirvana occurred for Dr. God when Derek Mears was cast in DC’s SWAMP THING. As fans of the comic and even bigger fans of Derek, this was a match made in Heaven. (Or Hell, since Derek was also a guest voice on our brand-new series HELL DEN.)
We are proud to invite our good pal Derek Mears back to celebrate with us the Saturday before SWAMP THING premieres all across the land on May 31. He’s a lean, green, comedy machine, and this will be a fun one!
